Kaeson Technology Limited ("Zapi," "we," "us," or the "Operator") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use the Zapi mobile application (the "App").

Please read this Policy before using the App. Zapi presents an in-app privacy disclosure and asks you to make an affirmative choice. If you agree, you may continue into the App and the processing described in this Policy may begin. If you decline, the App will close and its browsing and search functions will not be available.

2. Information Processed by Zapi

Some browser information is stored locally, while other information is transmitted to Zapi or third-party service providers as described below. A full URL may contain sensitive information in its path, query parameters, or fragment, including search terms, email addresses, identifiers, or authentication-related values.

Zapi transmits complete page URLs and search text as described above. Complete URLs may include paths, query parameters, and fragments. Avoid entering sensitive information into a URL or search field unless it is necessary for the website or search you request.


3. Consent and Your Controls

Zapi provides an in-app disclosure explaining the principal categories of information collected, why they are collected, and who may receive them. The App requires an affirmative choice before you enter its main browsing experience.


4. How We Use Information

We use information only to provide the App, measure and improve features, diagnose crashes and performance issues, protect the service from abuse, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. Where applicable, processing is based on your consent, performance of the service you request, our legitimate interests in security and reliability, or compliance with law.


5. Advertising

The App contains and initializes advertising technology from AppLovin and Google. Depending on device settings, region, SDK configuration, and consent signals, these providers may access or receive Advertising ID, App Set ID, IP address, device and App information, coarse location inferred from IP, advertising interactions, and diagnostic information. This information may be used to deliver and measure advertising, limit repetition, detect fraud, perform analytics, and operate advertising services. Availability of personalized advertising and consent choices varies by region and configuration.

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as described below.

Third-party providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Zapi remains responsible for configuring integrated SDKs and for accurately describing their data practices in this Policy and the Google Play Data safety section.


7. Storage and Retention

We use encrypted transport such as HTTPS for data sent from the App. Access is limited to personnel and providers who need it for the purposes stated in this Policy.


8. International Processing

Zapi and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards for international transfers.


9. Your Rights and Deletion Requests

Depending on applicable law, including the GDPR in the European Economic Area, the LGPD in Brazil, and applicable United States privacy laws, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.


10. Children's Privacy

Zapi is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in a user's jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without required authorization. If you believe a child has provided information, contact [email protected].


11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when our data practices, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. If a change requires consent, the new processing will not begin until the required consent is obtained.
